You're misremembering a lot of things, one being Wakasa's age -- she's 37 now. And she's likely the girlfriend of Koji (who died 17 years ago) so she'd be 20 then. There's no contradiction here, Wakasa doesn't need to take any drug to account for anything, and I don't get where you get the "50 years old" assumption.

Mary was not in her 30s when she was given the drug. Sera was old enough like maybe 12-15 when she found her mother as a kid and her eldest son being 32 at the moment means she can only be over 50. So the question is the how APTX4869 works? For example Vermouth was the same age 20 years ago meaning she took the drug and then aged to her original age when she killed Judy's father. Conan was 17 so he got reduced 10 years and so with Haibara, so can we conclude that Vermouth took the drug twice since for two characters it reduced 10 years? Mary was around her later 40s if not her early 50s when she took the drug and since there has been sometime after she took the drug that means she aged several years so for example if she returned to being 7 like Conan and Haibara then she would age several years making her 10-12 years old....So does the drug itself just return anyone despite their own age to being 7 years old? if so then it explains why Mary even tho being in her 50 is after taking the drug 10-12 and Vermouth also took the drug once so from 29 she went back to 7.
